Parent-Teacher Meeting is held twice in a semester. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the Parents about the Performance of their wards.
PTM by BBA (2 nd Shift) conducted two PTM's first on 16 th September 2023 and second PTM was organized on 24 th November 2023 and parents discussed about the academic as well as professional growth of their ward. During the first PTM new parents were welcomed by IIMT and appraised about the college norms and activities.
Parents were happy to see the steps taken by IIMT and they also come up with few suggestions for the betterment of students and the effort of Faculty members.
Semester-wise parent teacher meeting were organized by the Law department on 2 nd march 2024 for 2 nd semester, 16 th march 2024 for 4 th semester & 6 th april 2024 for 6 th semester. All the students were asked to call their parents for the meeting. It was organized between 9 am to 11 am. The faculty members were present in the respective class rooms to meet and greet the parents. Parents of around 22 students attended the meeting. They were briefed about the attendance requirements, discipline and the upcoming examinations and activities in the college.
