IIMT under the aegis of IQAC organised its First Convocation Ceremony on 1st October, 2022 for the batches of students passing out in 2020 and 2021. Shri Ram Niwas Goel, Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly was the presiding chair for the event. Prof. (Dr.) K.K. Aggarwal, Chairman of the National Board of Accreditation and Founder and Former Vice-Chancellor of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, was the Chief Guest for the program.

The Convocation also saw the presence of Prof. (Dr.) A.P. Singh, Dean, University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Prof. (Dr.) Kanwal D.P. Singh, Former Dean, University School of Law and Legal Studies and Former Director, Legal Aid Cell, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University as the Guests of Honor for the Convocation.

The Convocation also saw the presence of Smt. Sudha Aggarwal- Chairperson -IIMT, Sh. Vineet Aggarwal,Secretary General- IIMT, Smt. Neetu Aggarwal, Member, Management Committee- IIMT, Prof. (Dr.) Anil Parkash Sharma, Director-IIMT, Dr. Vineeta Sharma, Dr. Seema Nath Jain, Prof. (Dr.) Arun Gupta, Principals, Dr. Mahesh Sharma and Prof. (Dr.) Hemlata Sharma,Vice-Principals and all the faculty members of IIMT.
