VISION

Training & Placement cell at IIMT is to facilitate hundred percent transition of students from academia to their job lives with the help of various student centric development programs throughout their undergraduate course.

MISSION

• To help the students through counseling, instructions and training.
• To develop desired skills essential for suitable job profile/ higher education/ self employment and inviting the Corporate Industries.

2015-2016 ACTIVITIES

Placement & Training Cell has been functioning under the supervision of Sr. Faculty members. The BBA students are sent to various companies like Mother Dairy, FCI, PNB, Essar Steel, IRCTC,HPCL, IOCL,BHEL,DMRC, ICICI Prudential, Bharti Axa, HDFC ,Max New York, Bajaj Capital ,Standard Chartered, Reliance Comm, HCL, Airtel, Earth Infrastructure etc for summer training.

Placement Cell 2016-17

IIMT Placement Cell facilitates the process of placement and internship to the students. The cell assures the seamless support for the In house training and placement activities. The Training & Placement Cell aims at making available quality placement opportunities for students and at maintaining linkages with Industry and Research Organizations. The Cell is entrusted with activities to be organized throughout the year in order to prepare the students for Campus Selection Programmes. It strives at providing supportive environment to the latest Management Education offered by the Department for raising social consciousness and personality development. Decisions related to selection of companies visiting the campus for recruitment are broadly based on parameters like : job profile, growth prospects, packages and number of students the company intends to select.

LAW PLACEMENT CELL

Record of Placement of B.ALLB Students during the last 3 Academic Years (2015-2016; 2016-2017and 2017-2018)

That majority of the students who have passed out during the academic session 2015-2016 joined the profession at several courts in Delhi including High Court and the Supreme Court of India with various law firms and the senior individual advocates.

That around 5% students have joined either the higher studies ( LLM ) at abroad in various universities in USA, UK and the European countries or have joined the coaching classes preparing for judicial services for different states.

That around 15% students has preferred neither the profession nor the higher studies due to their family business and has joined the same. That the trend among the students passed out during the academic years 2016-17 and 2017-18 continue to remain more or less the same.
