The Ideal Training and Placement Cell (ITPC) is actively working in three different areas:

1. Providing Placement opportunities for the Final Year students. The cell facilitates the process by providing the leads and information to the students and organising On-campus Placement Drives, Off-campus Placement Interviews, Job Fairs and sharing details with students about Central Placements organized through GGSIP University. The Cell also organises Career Counselling sessions for students. The following sessions have been organised so far: On 29th August, 2022, a Career Counselling Session was organised, on the topic “Preparation Strategies for Judicial Services”. The speaker for the session was Ms. Divya Sharma, Civil Judge, Class-II, MP.

On 30th August, 2022, A career Counselling Session was organised on the topic “Campus to Corporate” in association with Centum Learning, Bharti Group.

On 18th November, 2022, a Career Counselling Session was organised on the topic “ Selection of Career after Graduation” , The speaker was Dr. Ravi Jaiswal, Registrar, International School of Business and management, Pune.

On 14th December, 2022, a Career Counselling Session was organised on the topic “ Career options in Finance and Data Analytics” . The speaker was Ms. Prabhjeet Kaur from IMS Proschool.

2. Providing 100% Internship openings to the students. The students of 5th Semester underwent summer internship Trainings as per the requirement of the curriculum. 100% Internship opportunity was provided to the students.

The selection process for the SIP of 2023 has already started and 8 students have been selected for AIM India.

3. Organising Alumni Engagement Activities: The cell works to keep in touch with the alumni through various engagement programmes.

Our Alumni , Ms. Tanya Prabhakar and Mr. Devender Singh were invited as judge for two of the cultural events in Gyan Manthan- the inter college cultural fest of the institute, namely, ‘Taal Betaal’ – a Singing Competition and ‘Shake the Floor’ – a Dance Competition.

SThe students of BBA-5th Semester and BBA(CAM) -3rd and 5th Semester have to undergo Summer Internships/ Industrial Trainings as a compulsory component of their curricullum and because of the restrictions arising due to COVID-19, most of the students had to opt for online training. The students underwent summer internships and industrial trainings at organisations like, Agile Capital Services, The Leading Solutions, AIM India, Insplore Consultancy, Capital Box, Bridge Group, Internshala, MJ Allied Enterprise, Aptech Ltd., Umeed Foundation. ShareIndia Securities Ltd., Homeosphere Pvt. Ltd., Enticement Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Royal Enfield, International Learning planner Overseas, Indure Pvt. Ltd., Vc Analyst, Share khan, Magic billions, ACS, BOI Services, Coca cola, Armour Enterprises, Bharat Electronics, Bharti Airtel, Mahindra, Big Bazaar and many more.

Since most of the placement activities have been conducted online since March 2020, there were very few On Campus Placement Drives. We received ample support from the Central Career Guidance & Placement Cell of the GGSIPU for the placements & internships of the students.

One of the student got placed at Sohool Al Habiba Trading, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

The CTC offered ranged between Rs. 1.20 lacs to Rs. 10.20 lacs per annum. The average working out to approxiamately Rs. 3.50 lacs per annum.
